PURPOSE:To take out a product without vacuum suction by a method in which an air blowing nozzle for releasing the product from a mold by expanding said product in the ceiling part of a take out-tool body is arranged in the inner periphery and a clamping piece made of rubbery elastic body and capable of deformation is equipped in protrusion manner. CONSTITUTION:To release a dust boot M attached to a core 25 from a mold in a transfer-forming process, a take-out tool 14 is moved and lowered on the core- axis and a blowing nozzle 22 is pushed to be in contact with a product M. Compressed air is blown and penetrated into the gap between the core 25 and the product M from a feed pipe 15 and expands the product M. Simultaneously, when the take-out tool 14 is lifted, a clamping piece 23 is deformed while the product is expanded, but it restores the original state after the product has been released from the mold, and then said piece 23 clamps and keeps the product M at its under cut part. Successively, when the take-out tool 14 is moved to a predetermined position and is elevated, the product M is pushed and discharged by a push-out plate 18 connected to a suspension bar 13 which is prevented from its upward movement. Thus, vacuum suction becomes unnecessary and the device is simplified. |
