PURPOSE:To improve the error correcting ability, by assuming an error correction redundant code of data of an n-symbol Xm block aparted by D-block intervals as (i) and applying a part of a D'-block represented by m=D(n+i-1)+D' to the D-block. CONSTITUTION:Assuming the number of symbols (n) as 4, the number of blocks (m) as 23, the block D as 4, and the redundant code of error correction as 1, then substituting them into the formula m=D(n+i-1)+D', D=7-block is obtained. The symbol distance in error correction code series is applied to a part of the D' block in the range in which the remaining value D'' is not made smaller than the D-block. For example, the distance between symbol numbers W1 and W2, and between W3 and W4 is increased by one symbol each into 5 blocks and the remaining distance D'' is formed into 5 blocks. |
