PURPOSE:To enhance travelling property of a head or the like, by a method wherein a protective layer comprising a thermoplastic resin containing OH groups or the like and a compound having a diisocyanate group or the like is provided on one side of a plastic film which is a base of a heat-sensitive transfer sheet. CONSTITUTION:A protective layer comprising a thermoplastic resin containing OH groups or COO groups and a compound having a diisocyanate group, a triisocyanate group or at least two amino groups is provided on one side of a highly heat-conductive plastic film such as a polyester film or a polypropylene film. Melamine, guanidine, urea or the like can be used as the compound having at least two amino groups. The compound having a diisocyanate group, a triisocyanate group or at least two amino groups is used in a quantity of 5- 40pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin. Further, a lubricant, a heat releasing agent or the like may be added into the protective layer. |
