PURPOSE:To enable to open a two-part molding die without deformationally breaking-down a molded piece by a structure weherein the spirally threaded part of the automotive elastic buffer body integrally molded a bumping head part and the spirally threaded part is discontinuously molded. CONSTITUTION:In case that the die is opened after the bumper rubber 1 is molded utilizing the two-part molding die, because discontinuous parts 4 are respectively formed and the existence of the discontinuous parts 4 makes threaded part 1b disconintuous, one of the respective remaining threaded parts 1b can axially deform without giving influence to or being given influence from the other remaining threaded part 1b. Accordingly, when the die is open after the bumper rubber 1 is molded, the threaded parts 1b, the deformation of which is allowed due to the respective discontinuous parts 4, freely deflect themselves so as to sidestep the pressingly contact of the projected parts 1c of the molding die, resulting in enabling to open the die without breaking-down the molded threaded parts 1b by being brought into pressingly contact with the projected parts 1c in order to obtain the molded piece. |
