PURPOSE:To make one time width of each level for an output square waveform constant, by charging a capacitor through a series circuit comprising an FET and a diode and through a resistor in parallel with the series circuit. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor 5 is charged through the series circuit comprising the FET 6 and the diode 7 and through the resistor 4. Thus, the charge/discharge time constant of the capacitor 5 is different. Further, the discharge time constant of the capacitor 5 is changed with a gate potential of the FET 6 given by a voltage source 8. However, the charge time constant is constant. Since the time width of a pulse obtained at an output terminal 9 at a high level is constant and that at a low level is changed, the repetitive frequency of this pulse depends on the output voltage of the voltage source 8. |
