PURPOSE:To prevent an output variation shock at the time of starting of an auxiliary engine from occurring, by controlling a fuel flow control valve in an increasing direction of a fuel quantity during a set period when a change from a nonactuation state to an actuation state of the auxiliary engine is detected by a load detecting device. CONSTITUTION:An engine is formed by providing a fuel injector 12 provided with a solenoid valve 13 as a fuel flow control valve within a fuel duct into which low pressure fuel is fed from a fuel pump within a suction duct 8, and the solenoid valve 13 is controlled by a computer 40. In this case, the computer 40 controls the solenoid valve 13 and increases a fuel flow during a set period when a variation from a nonactuation state to an actuation state of an auxiliary engine to be driven by the engine, that is, a hydraulic pump for a power steering and an alternator 70 to be actuated by turning an air compressor 51 and a power steering switch 52 on is detected. Thus, an output variation shock and lowering of a number of revolutions in idling at an actuating time of the auxiliary engine are prevented from occurring. |
