PURPOSE:To obtain a coil element having a high Q and execute automatic mount which is capable of applying the solder dip and has excellent strength by winding a resin sheet around the ferrite core, laminating a metal foil and providing an external leadout electrode to such wound body in such a manner as it is conductive to the metal foil. CONSTITUTION:A resin sheet 1 is wound like an eddy around the ferrite core 8 at the inside of a metal foil 2 placed. At the one end 5 of wound body 4 obtained, a leadout part 3 of metal foil 2 is exposed, while at the other end, a lead-out part 3 (not shown) is exposed. The resin sheet 1 is hardened in the following manner. Namely, heat is applied to the end of winding of the resin sheet 1 for partial hardenind and the entire part is hardened. As the hardening means, it is heated or irradiated by ultraviolet ray, or at the time of hardening, the entire part of wound body 4 may be pressurized. For obtaining simultaneously many coil elements, the resin sheet 1 is comparatively wide and the metal foil 2 is extensively formed and the long ferrite core 8 also must be prepared. The edge 5 appears along the cutting line 6 and thereby external leadout electrode can be formed. |
