PURPOSE:To perform readily, quickly and precisely the change of set flow rates, by providing a needle with a high flow rate control section and a low flow rate control section. CONSTITUTION:A piston 1 is energized upstream by a spring 4, and a needle 5 changes automatically the area of a fluid passage section 6 by movement of the piston 1 to become smaller as the pressure difference between the primary pressure and the secondary pressure becomes higher. The needle 5 is provided with the high flow rate control section 5A that keeps the flow rate high irrespective of the change of the primary pressure and the low flow rate control section 5B that keeps the flow rate low. In the state as shown in the figure wherein the flow rate is controlled to be high, if the solenoid 7 is charged, the control section 5B acts on the piston 1, and the low flow rate control state is established. |
