PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency and the product accuracy, by holding a position of a burner at an equal distance from each side and a corner of angle steel, also setting the rotation center of the burner to the inside surrounded by two sides of the angle steel, and cutting the angle steel rationally. CONSTITUTION:In case of executing gas cutting of angle steel 1, a burner 2 is moved in parallel so that a distance between the angle steel 1 and the tip of the burner 2 holds a constant interval l extending from a point (a) to a point (b). In the vicinity of a corner angle part of the angle steel extending from the point (b) to a point (c), the tip position of the burner 2 is held at an equal distance l from each side and a corner P of the angle steel 1, also the rotation center of the burner 2 is set to a point P' of the inside surrounded by two sides of the angle steel 1, and the burner 2 is rotated and moved. Subsequently, the burner 2 is moved in parallel so that the distance between the angle steel 1 and the tip of the burner 2 holds the constant interval l in the same way, extending from the point (c) to a point (d), and gas cutting is executed. |
