<p>The alternator comprises a rotating inductor provided with at least one coil (4), means for supplying the coil of the inductor with exciting current, and a stator comprising at least one main winding (1). It comprises a magnetic circuit for the inductor which is interleaved and forms a pair of initially magnetised poles (14a, 14b), a diode (5) which recloses the circuit of the coil of the inductor (4) in a direction corresponding to the initial magnetisation of the poles (14a, 14b) and in the stator an auxiliary winding (2), the magnetic axis of which makes an angle with that of the main winding (1) and which is closed onto a partly capacitive load (3).
