摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably supply an ink, by constructing the titled device of a small volume capacity chamber provided between a nozzle hole and a pressure generating chamber, a thin layer ink supply part, an air vent hole and a liquid level sensing part provided to the upper part of an ink sump, the detecing circuit of said sensing part and an opening and closing valve. CONSTITUTION:The liquid level of an ink sump 14 with a depth l3 is detected by a liquid level sensing part 20 being an opposed electrode while an opening and closing valve 22 is opened and closed through a liquid level detecting circuit 21 to control the supply amount of an ink from an ink tank 16. The ink is uniformly supplied to each injection channel system by the capillary phenomenon of a thin layer ink supply part 13 with a depth l2 while pressurized by an electro-mechanical converting means 31 in a pressure generating chamber 12 with a depth l1 and supplied to a nozzle hole 10 through a small volume capacity chamber 11 stabilizing the formation of ink particles and preventing the mixing of air from the nozzle hole 10 to be formed into scattered liquid droplets. In this case, formula l3>l2>=l1 is realized. By this method, the equilibrium state of the ink can be held only by the ink surface tension of the nozzle hole while the replenishment of the ink is stably carried out and, therefore, stable high speed injection is enabled.
