CONSTITUTION:A person in charge of preparations for a conference inputs pieces of information on a conference name, attendant's names, etc., in the frames on an auxiliary display part 21 successively by using an input device 1. Then, a CPU 3 reads messages out of amemory 4 and displays them according to a rule stored in the memory 4. The person in charge of the preparations, therefore, sets up the conference smoothly. |
