PURPOSE:To decrease the consumption of electric power for agitating a rotary disc and to mix gas and liquid satisfactorily by installing the horizontal rotary plate which has through-holes permitting the passage of gas and liquid in upper and lower directions in the upper part of an air diffusion pipe for discharging gas. CONSTITUTION:A discoidal rotary plate 6 provided with many through-holes 5 at the circumferential edge is disposed in proximity to the upper part of an annular air diffusion pipe 4 punched with many air diffusion holes 3, and a space 8 for recycling liquid in a vertical direction is provided between the end edge of the plate 6 and the inside circumferential wall of a vessel 1; further, plural baffle plates 11 as a flow regulating means are provided along the inside circumferential wall of the vessel 1 in the upper part of the disc 6. When the gas-liquid mixed flow mixed with the gas from the pipe 4 ascends by passing through the holes 5 of the plate 6 in the above-mentioned constitution, foam is cut and fined by the end edge of the holes 5 and is dispersed into the vessel 1. |
