PURPOSE:To easily unload a cut pipe end part from a running truck, by moving the cut pipe end part with a supporting member to the side of the running truck to turn and face downward said pipe end part. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a cut pipe body 3 is held by a protruded part 17b of a supporting member 17 mounted to a truck 1 and the rotated pipe body is cut by a cutting tool 5 at a prescribed cutting position. A cylinder device 18 is extended to turn links 15, 16, and the cut pipe end part 3a is moved from the pipe body 3 under a tilted condition as held by the part 17b of the member 17. Then the part 3a is turned around the axial center of a strut 7 and unloaded as in a downward facing tilt attitude from the running truck 1. |
