The water treatment plant for purifying contaminated liquid by means of filter element, comprises pressurized container (38) with an inlet for the contaminated liquid, a centrifuge (42) with an inlet and outlet for the raw water in which the elements of higher mass are separated, an ultrasonic device (46) for setting out of the raw water and UV-light processing device (48) in which the raw water with ultraviolet light is irradiated. The UV-light processing device has an inlet for the raw water and an outlet for pure water. The UV-light processing device has an inlet for the raw water and an outlet for pure water.
