PURPOSE:To form a CMOS analog switch with less crosstalk, by obtaining gate signals phi and -phi basing on an on/of controlling signal with a buffer where plural number of inverters are connected in series. CONSTITUTION:An on/off controlling signal applied to a terminal CONT is applied to an inverting buffer 26 comprising three inverters 23-25 and a noninverting buffer 27 comprising two inverters 13, 14 and formed into gate signals phi, -phi and applied to each gate of a couple of opposite conduction type MOS transistors(TRs) 12, 11. The signal propagation delay time of the buffers 27, 26 is set to be almost equal. Thus, the TRs 11, 12 are switched at the same time and a crosstalk signal caused by parasitic capacitors CN, CP is canceled completely. |
