PURPOSE:To automatize the manufacturing process, by forming a piezoelectric oscillator and its frame incorporatedly so as to connect them with a sole connection section, and bonding a seal plate to the frame. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric base 1 is processed by the etching or the like so that a circumferential frame 2 and an oscillator part 3 are parted with a gap 4 and connected with a link section 5 only. After forming specified electrodes 6, 6' and leads 7, 7', a glass seal cover is bonded on both sides of the base 1 and the oscillator part 3 is sealed at the inside. Thus, the automation of the manufacture is very easy and the equipment for the manufacture is inexpensive. |
