PURPOSE:To execute good copying from the first sheet, by measuring a light quantity of a light source by a light quantity detecting part, so that the copying operation can be executed when it is detected that said quantity reaches a prescribed value, and subsequently, controlling a printing speed in accordance with a light transmission degree of an original, which is detected by an original transmission light quantity detecting part. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source 16 is led to a photosensor 20 through an optical fiber 18. A light quantity detecting circuit which receives output voltage from the photosensor 20 generates a copying available signal when input voltage reaches a prescribed value. Subsequently, a driving motor 22 or a holding roll 30 is rotated. When an original is inserted and its tip part is carried between the optical fiber and the photosensor 20,an original transmission light quantity is measured by utilizing the light from the light source 16, which is led through the optical fiber 18. Subsequently, in accordance with the detected original transmission light quantity, a rotating speed of the driving motor 22 is controlled. Subsequently, exposure to sensitized paper is executed in the printing part containing cylinder glass 14. |
