FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining anti-aggregation blood vessel activity, anti-thrombin III and plasminogen activators activity before and after temporary venous occlusion. AT III activator synthesis index and vascular wall fibrinolytic activity index are calculated. The results are processed using systemic multidimensional factor analysis approach to obtain general antithrombotic potential(XBi GATP). The XBi GATP value being equal to or greater than 0.201, conclusion is drawn about general antithrombotic blood vessel wall activity reduction that does not require medical interventions. The value being within an interval of 0.200-0.070, the patients are included into antithrombotic blood vessel wall activity reduction risk group and require medical supervision every month and obligatory life mode improvement.
