Perfume and/or flavouring compositions which are characterised in that they contain a compound of the formula <IMAGE> in which R<1> denotes C1-4-alkyl or C2-4-alkenyl, R<2> denotes hydrogen or methyl and R<3> denotes methyl or ethyl, and the dashed line in the side chain represents an optional bond and one of the dashed lines in the ring represents an additional bond, are described. The compounds I are distinguished by a broad spectrum of odour nuances. They can accordingly be used, for example, for perfuming or flavouring products, such as cosmetics (soaps, toothpastes, mouthwashes, deodorants, shampoos, lotions, ointments, powders, etc.), detergents, or foodstuffs, other consumables and beverages. |
