FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for cure of tube genesis women's sterility provided by adhesive obstruction followed by formation of hydrosalpinxes. Device for conducting salpingostomatoplasty has branches, handles and it is provided with casing having pusher. Pusher is disposed in casing. Three branches with smooth-rounded distal ends are mounted at distal end of device around pusher equidistantly one to other. Proximal ends of branches are fixed at axes and they are provided with grooves at side of pusher. Ring introduces grooves. Ring is tightly fixed at pusher for opening and closing of branches at shift of pusher in longitudinal direction. Device can be used for opening space of hydrosalpinx and for dilation of ampullary department in three planes.
