An ice cream maker in which all of the ice cream manufacturing tools are mounted on a mounting base to allow reciprocating movement along a plate is provided to remove irrational step movement of a conveyor, to reduce its friction and wearing and to enable the ascending/descending operation of the manufacturing tools along with the back and forth operation of the mounting base at the same time, thereby improving productivity. An ice cream maker comprises: a long mount(100) with a predetermined depth; a conveyor with a plurality of plates to be continuously circulated in the longitudinal direction inside the mount; and a manufacturing tool(300) to provide ice cream material or container at the upper part of the mount. The ice cream maker is characterized in that it also contains: a mounting base(400) to be moved forward and backward along the upper side of the mount while mounting the manufacturing tool; a guide device to guide the mounting base to be moved forward and backward along the mount; and a power-providing device(600) to provide power to allow the mounting base to be moved forward and backward along the mount. The power-providing device contains a power lever(620) connected to the mounting base, a link(630) to rotate the power lever and a cam device(640) to allow the reciprocating motion of the link. |
