PURPOSE:To make an entire weight of a hood light, by making the hood by overlapping and bonding an inner plate member made of a honeycomb surrounded by a plastic surface member to the inner surface of an outer plate member made of a aluminum plate. CONSTITUTION:An outer plate member 2 constructing the entire configuration of a hood 1 is formed of an aluminum plate, the outer plate member 2 having an inner surface overlapping and bonded to an inner plate member 3 comprising a circumferential edge reinforcing member 31 and a V-shaped reinforcing mem ber 32 along a line connecting a lock unit mounting portion 13 and hinge mount ing portions 15. The circumferential edge reinforcing member 31 and the V-shaped reinforcing member 32 are formed integrally. Further, the inner plate member 3 is formed of a honeycomb core 36 with a foamed body 42 filled in its core and surrounded by a plastic surface member. The outer plate member 2 has an inner surface provided with a beam rigidity holding member 4 inter posed between the circumferential edge reinforcing member 31 and the V-shaped reinforcing member 32 of the inner plate member 3. The beam rigidity holding member 4 is formed by filling a foamed body 35 between the outer plate 2 and a plastic plate 41 bonded to the inner surface of the outer plate 2.
