PURPOSE:To obtain a rotating input device which is capable of controlling by the same sampling period even for a low speed and a high speed, and also has quick responsiveness at the time of a low speed, by using a frequency-voltage converter at the time of a low speed, and using a high speed counter at the time of a high speed. CONSTITUTION:When a gas turbine is rotated at a low speed, a pulse of a period corresponding to a speed outputted by a speed detector 40 and a waveform shaping circuit 21 of a high speed detecting part 60 is processed by a differentiating circuit 34, a frequency-voltage converting circuit 35, an A/D converter 36, etc., becomes a low rotating speed detecting signal and is stored in a low speed counter register 29. On the other hand, a high speed rotating speed of the gas turbine is detected by processing a counter and is stored in a high speed counter register 31. According to this constitution, it is possible to obtain a gas turbine rotating input device for which it is necessary to enlarge a sampling period even in case of a low speed, which is capable of controlling by the same sampling period even for a low speed and a high speed, and also has quick responsiveness at the time of a low speed. |
