摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To economically sustain and improve freshness of a vegetable and fruit, by dipping the vegetable and fruit in cold water thoroughly absorbing oxygen. CONSTITUTION:Water stored in a dipping tank 1 is cooled to 0-10 deg.C by a cooler 7 and the resultant cold water is fed through a strainer 4 and air suction pipe 5 to an air suction tank 8 by a circulating pump 6. Compressed is fed through a compressor 12 and air filter 11 into porous hollow pipes 9 provided in the air suction tank 8 and passed through the outside or inside of the hollow pipes 9 to jet fine particulate air into the cold water and thoroughly absorb oxygen in the cold water. The resultant water is then passed through a feed pipe 2 and injected from injection holes 3 into the dipping tank 1 and a vegetable and fruit are dipped in the water to absorb the oxygen and cold water therein.</p> |
