PURPOSE:To obtain the maximum total pressure efficiency by setting the angle between a tangential at a vane outlet and the circumferential direction of an impeller in the range of 160 deg.-180 deg. and by setting the characteristic parameter range in the range of -0.6-0.4. CONSTITUTION:A vane outlet angle, or the angle between a tangential line of a vane 5 at its outlet and the circumferential direction of an impeller that is attached to a rotary shaft 6 and rotates in the ''a'' direction as shown by an arrow mark, shall be set to be beta. When this angle beta is set in the range of 160 deg.-180 deg., characteristic parameter X can be calculated. When this characteristic parameter X is kept in the range of -0.6-0.4, the maximum total pressure efficiency and the minimum noise level of a blower can be obtained. |
