PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and manhour of assembling, prevent vibration noise, and facilitate the assembling in the connection between a heater unit and a control unit for vehicle, by realizing the connection by means of the engagement of a pair of U-shaped hinges with a rhomb-shaped shaft. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 28 with a rhomb-shaped cross section provided on a heater control unit 16 is inserted into the groove 23a of a pair of U-shaped hinges 23 provided on a heater unit body 11, allowing the both units 11, 16 to be connected to each other. Further, respective inclined planes 28a-28d of the shaft 28 are inclined toward the inside of the groove by an angle alpha against the top and under surfaces of the groove 23a of the pair of hinges 23, edge angle parts of front and rear edge face are flatwise beveled, and a hinge 23 engaging part is formed into a radius R. It is possible with this constitution to unite the shaft 28 in a body and reduce the number of parts and the manhour of assembling. Further, it is possible to position the shaft without vertical backlash, longitudinally and lateally slide it, and facilitate positioning and assembling. |
