PURPOSE:To remove a location of metal contact and prevent rusting further surely fix a molding, by such a manner that a flange is formed to a car body panel and equipped with hook parts and a clip fitting the molding is engaged to said hook parts. CONSTITUTION:A flange 23 equipping hook-shaped parts 21 and notched part 22 in a central part between said parts 21 is foldably formed to the end part of a roof panel 20. While a recess 31 engaged to said part 21, a pair of leg parts 32, 33 holding the flange 23, and fitted parts 34 mounting a molding 40, are formed to a clip 30. Then the parts 21 are engaged to said recess 31 to hold the flange 23 by a pair of leg parts 32, 33, and then a machine screw 35 is screwed into the part 22 and screw holes 32a, 33a of the parts 32, 33 to fix the clip 30 to the connection part A between a rear fender 10 and the panel 20. Then a molding 40 is fitted to the parts 34 of the clip 30. |
