PURPOSE:To simply test many materials to be inspected in good accuracy protecting a measuring person from a danger of injection secured from, by varying continuously the concentration of a medical fluid and bringing an erythrocyte into contact with this midical liquid and then, measuring the concentration of leaked hemolytic K<+> by using an electrode. CONSTITUTION:A high concentration medical liquid 10 is mixed uniformly with a low concentration medical liquid 2a (distilled water only may be sufficient) in a mixing pipe 5 by using flow rate variable pumps A, B. A trace quantity of a blood 10a is injected continuously by a sample injector 10 and hemolytic reaction is caused in a reaction part 6 and then, the concentration of K<+> from an erythrocyte eluted by hemolysis is measured by an apparatus consisting of a K electrode 20 and a reference electrode 21. The pipe 5, the part 6 and a measuring electrode part, are kept at a constant temperature by a thermostat 40. In this manner, the medical liquid is diluted continuously and resistance of the blood for osmotic pressure of the solution or the resistance for blood poison is measured surely and quickly from the correspondence of the maximum value of K<+> by the complete hemolysis to the concentration of K<+>, and then, it is contributed for the diagnosis of a blood disease etc. |
