PURPOSE:To mold a homogeneous integrated glassware without seams efficiently in a short time, by placing a split mold having a central hole for molding on a bottom force, introducing a molten glass into the split mold, and rotating the split mold and bottom force at the same time. CONSTITUTION:When a molten glass introduced into a split mold 1 partially reaches the interior of the bottom force 2 and a spherical molten glass is a little recessed, both forces 1 and 2 are rotated. The molten glass is slowly extended from the central hole 101 along the inner shape of a recess 102 of the split mold 1 while slowly hung down to the interior of the bottom force 2, and the hung down part of the molten glass reaches the bottom of the recess 203 in the bottom force 2 and then are extended slowly along the inner shape of the recess 203. Thus, the upper part (g1) of a glassware (G) and the lower part consisting of a leg part (g2') and a pedestral (g2'') is integrally molded without any seams. |
