PURPOSE:To set the time automatically and to improve the accuracy of a timepiece substantially, by putting the time of a timepiece body forward and backward in accordance with a time difference between a time signal sound detecting output and a time signal of the timepiece body. CONSTITUTION:An amplifying and waveform shaping circuit 2, etc. are activated at every temporary space in accordance with a signal from a timepiece body 5, and a time difference between a time signal sound detecting output by a time signal sound detecting circuit 1 and a time signal from the timepiece body 5 is detected by a time difference detecting circuit 3. In accordance with this time difference, the time of the timepiece body 5 is put forward and backward through a time controlling circuit 4, the time is set automatically, and the accuracy of the timepiece is improved substantially. |
