PURPOSE:To decrease a number of mounting parts and labor hours, by vertically providing clips having a split groove to a panel main unit and fitting said clip to a through hole of a stopper metal fixture embedded to a pad and then tapping a screw to the split groove of the clip. CONSTITUTION:Clips 8 forming an elastically expanding split groove 10 are provided by integral molding with a panel main unit 1 to a required place of the unit 1 molded by thermoplastic resin. Further a stopper metal fixture 5, to which a clip stopping through hole 11 is drilled, is embedded while a relief hole 12 suitably formed to a shape of the clip is provided to a semihard urethane foaming material 3 having a skin 2 in a side of the unit 1. Then said clip 8 is fitted to the hole 11 of the fixture 5 and then expanded by a screw 7 and stopped to the fixture 5. |
