PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. capable of imparting stable antithrombotic activity when coated on the surfaces of artificial organs, by dispersing polyurethane and a specified polydialkylsiloxane in a cyclic ether. CONSTITUTION:A polydialkylsiloxane having an average particle size of 0.1-50mu and a water content of 10-500ppm obtd. by partially crosslinking a polydialkylsiloxane (e.g. polydimethylsiloxane having an MW of 5,000-200,000) having a functional group such as a hydroxyl or acetate group at its terminal, is used. Polyurethane (B) and said polydialkylsiloxane (C) in an amount of 8-20wt% (in terms of the combined amount of components B and C) are added to a cyclic ether (A) such as a solvent mixture of tetrahydrofuran and dioxane. The mixture is kneaded in an agitator having a high shear force to form the titled compsn. |
