PURPOSE:To prevent a ship from tilting, by providing a tank, in which water can be injected and discharged, and a tank suspending device provided to the side part of a ship body and capable of suspending said tank to at least a water level. CONSTITUTION:A trolley 18 suspends a cargo 21 of freight 20 to go outside of the board, then a ship body is tilted. In this way, a tank 26 is lifted upward from the seawater level 12 by a rope 24, and moment in the reverse direction to moment applied by the trolley 18 and the cargo 21 acts on the ship body 14 by empty weight of said tank 26 to suppress tilting of the ship body 14. Under a condition the tank 26 is pulled upward to close seawater introducing ports 32. in consequence, an outflow of the seawater from the tank 26 is never caused. |
