PURPOSE:To prevent a stain during loading and unloading operations by a method wherein an air-tightly connected and separable lid member is applied inside an opening edge of a box-like member to constitute a transporting air-tight container and a transporting member for use in acting as a lid and processing items is arranged to make an air-tight connection inside the opening to be engaged with an outer periphery of the opening edge of the box-like member in the processor device. CONSTITUTION:When item to be processed B is to be transported into a processor device C, as pressurizing gas is injected from an injection discharging part 16 into a gas bag 14 to bulge out, the gas bag 14 is press contacted with an opening 9 and an opening edge 2, resulting in making an air-tight condition in it. Subsequently, the pressurized gas within the gas bag 13 is discharged through a feeding and discharging part 15 so as to release a connection between the opening 9 and the transporting member 10. The pressurized gas within the gas bag is discharged to an air discharging system 20 through means 18 so as to release a connection between the box-like member 1 and the lid member 3, the lid member 3 is supported by the supporting means 17, thereby the transporting member 10 is operated to transport the processed item B to a desired location. With this arrangement, it is possible to load or unload the processed items into or out of the processor device provided with a clean environment.
