A clamp for hair permanent is provided to improve permeating property of hair treatment agent for permanent, and to improve effect of hair treatment. A clamp for hair permanent comprises: a pair of components(12,14) which are opened or closed in a manner of scissors; an elastic part established on the axis of above components, which makes them maintain closed state always; a heating part(15) to promote treatment of hair; a vibration device(20) to provide micro-vibration to hair; and a receiving part(11) where the vibration device(20) is received with a covering element(13). |
