GAME SERVICE SYSTEM AND METHOD

A system and a method for providing a game service are provided to enable a gamer to buy goods easily without terminating and restarting an online game by displaying a guide message to a gamer terminal when game money of the gamer is smaller than a predetermined value, and helping the gamer with a call of an agent when a call request signal is received from the gamer terminal. A CTI(Computer-Telephony Integration) device(600) sends a call to a user phone(350). An agent terminal(700) requests the call to the CTI device. A game server(500) displays a guide message to a gamer terminal when game money of a gamer is smaller than a predetermined value, and transmits a call request signal and customer information to the agent terminal when a call request signal is received from the gamer terminal while advancing the game by providing game data to the user terminal. The agent terminal requests the call by extracting a phone number of the gamer from the customer information when the call request signal is receiver. The CTI device includes a call connector(620), a call controller(610) and a call history database(630). The call connector sends the call to the gamer and switching the call to the agent terminal by determining call reception. A customer information database(400) stores and provides the customer information by a request of the game server and the CTI device.
