METOHD FOR PREPARING BONE GRAFTING SUBSTITUTE FROM HORSE BONE

A manufacturing method of a bone grafting substitute using a horse bone is provided to remove effectively fat and organic matters from horse bone that has a structure similar to that of a human. A manufacturing method of a bone grafting substitute using a horse bone includes the steps of: boiling horse bone to remove fat and protein and drying the horse bone; pulverizing the dried bone and precipitating the bone powder in organic solvent; removing the organic solvent and drying; making the bone powder treated with sodium hypochlorite solution having a density of 2-20%; removing the sodium hypochlorite solution and impurities and drying the bone powder; adding purified water to the bone powder, performing compression and hydrothermal treatment at 120-124deg.C for 30 minutes to 5 hours and drying the bone powder; and performing thermal treatment of bone powder at 500-1,000deg.C for 1-24hours.
