PURPOSE:To attain the information transmission at a nearby distance with simple constitution by providing a resonance circuit including a switching element switching the resonance state and a coil subject to electromagnetic induction coupling with a coil of an oscillation circuit at the reception side to a transmission equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a coil L2 of a resonance circuit 2 of a transmitter 20 is in mutual induction coupling close to a coil L1 of an oscillation circuit 1 of a receiver 10, since the effective inductance of the oscillation coil is changed, a frequency deviation of f+ or -DELTAF is fed to the oscillation frequency. The frequency deviation differs from on/off of a switching element 21. Thus, based on the data stored in a memory 23, when the switching element 21 is turned on/off, an oscillation output Sf corresponding to the data is obtained. In demodulating the output Sf by an FM demodulation circuit 13, a modulation signal R is obtained and used as a reception data.
