PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction when the ambient temperature is at a prescribed value or below, by providing a reset circuit outputting a reset signal at the prescribed temperature or below to a logical device. CONSTITUTION:Data are transferred from a processor 1, a memory 2 and a bus 3. A reset circuit 4 is connected to the processor 1. The reset circuit 4 outputs a reset signal 4a at a temperature including the prescribed temperature, e.g., lower limit temperature 0 deg.C where the normal operation is guaranteed, and lower than the temperature. Thus, if the ambient temperature of the processor 1 becomes lower than the prescribed value, the function is stopped and no malfunction takes place. |
