PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization of the chip size at circuit integration, by setting two threshold voltages to an input voltage with an inverter circuit and an MOS transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:A P channel MOSTR11 and an N channel MOSTR12 connected in series form a CMOS inverter 13, and an input signal IN is applied to both gates. Further, a P channel MOSTR18 and an N channel MOSTR19 are connected in series and form another CMOS inverter 20. A threshold voltage of the two CMOS inverters 13, 20 is set to 1/2VDD and the absolute value of the threshold voltage of the MOSTRs 14-17 is set to 1V. Thus, the setting of two threshold voltages V1HS, V1LS to the input voltage is performed only by the setting of the threshold voltage of the CMOS inverter 13 and the MOSTRs. |
