PURPOSE:To reduce an used amount of a cooling medium solution and weight of the apparatus by a construction wherein an insulating enclosed container accommodating coils is connected with a cooler provided on the exterior so as to permit circulation of a volatile cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:An induction electric apparatus is accommodated in a tank 8 together with inert insulating gas 10 such as SF6 gas. A certain amount of a volatile cooling medium solution 22 is charged in gaps between coils 4, 6 and an insulating enclosed container 12. A port in a cover 20 at the top of the enclosed container 12 is connected with the lower end of the container 12 through pipings 32, 34 and a piping 38 extending downward from the lower end of a cooler 36, which is provided outside of the tank 8 as an outer box. Preferably, the cooler 36 is disposed abvoe the level of the cooling medium solution 22 in the enclosed container 12. |
