PURPOSE:To allow an operator to monitor a plant state effectively on an interactive manner even during equipment operation, by inputting contents to be monitored by a voice during the equipment operation or in case of the occurrence of a fault, etc., and outputting the result by a voice. CONSTITUTION:Process data Pi is inputted periodically to a voice input/output processor 5 through a process input device 2 and stored in an auxiliary memory 4. A voice recognizing device 6 compares a voice inputted from a microphone 7 with the contents of a voice registration memory 8 to send out a voice input signal VIk to the voice input/output processor 5 when they coincide with each other. A voice synthesizing device 9 reads a wrod corresponding to a voice output signal VOl as the discrimination result of the voice input/output device 5 out of a voice memory to generate a voice output. Then, the voice input data is made hierarchical to monitor interactively the plant state by a voice. |
