PURPOSE:To obtain a device which accelerates the rise of the temperature of a roller with a low power consumption and has high workability and productivity and a simple constitution and facilitates the replacement of the roll, by giving the two-layered structure, where thin magnetic materials having a high permeability are laminated, to the magnetic member constituting a magnetic closed path. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical roll 21 is supported freely rotatably through a bearing by roll supporting parts 22 and 23. A laminated iron core 25 is inserted to the center of an internal hole of this roll 11 through roll supporting parts 22 and 23, and roll supporting parts 22 and 23 are fixed to this iron core 25. This iron core 25 is constituted by laminating thin magnetic materials such as silicon steel plates having a high permeability. A laminated iron core 26 which constitutes the closed magnetic path above the roll 21 is provided for the laminated iron core 25. The iron core 26 is made lower than the iron core 25 for the purpose of eliminating an excess space in the direction of height when the closed magnetic path is constituted, and the iron core 26 is formed more wide by components corresponding to this lowness, and iron cores 25 and 26 are connected magnetically by a channel-shaped laminated iron core 27 which has a recessed part matched to the iron core 25. |
