PURPOSE:To prevent the ground striking phenomenon of a weight, by dividihg the weight into two parts in the vertical direction, detecting the change in tension of a rope guiding and supporting cable when the weight that is suspended downward reaches the bottom of the tank, and immediately stopping the descending motion of the cable. CONSTITUTION:During the process a weight 1 is lowered in stored liquid, easing of weight and buoyant action at the time of contact with the liquid surface are received by two stages of weights 1a and 1b step by step. Therefore the tension of a coil spring 16 is eased, and a lever 14 is slightly rotated in the direction of solid line arrows with a supporting point 13 as a center. When the weight part 1a, which is the lower divided part of the weight 1, reaches the bottom of a tank, the tension acted on guide rolls 10 and 10 is further eased. Therefore the lever 14 is further rotated in the direction of the solid line arrows with the supporting point 13 as a center. The detection of the displacement is ensured by a tension detector 17, and a driving motor 18 is stopped. A rope guiding and supporting cable 5, which is stretched by the weight part 1b of the weight 1 under the suspended state through strings 2 and the lower weight part 1a under the grounded state, can be vertically arranged. |
