PURPOSE:To obtain a small-size serial printer capable of printing of different colors by using a system in which plural type belts are provided vertically and a hammer is driven by being moved vertically. CONSTITUTION:Plural (two in Figure) type belts 3 and 4 are set between a drive pulley 1 and a follow pulley 2, and ink rollers 19 and 19a impregnated with different colors of inks are contacted with the type belts to supply them with inks. Then, the striking portion 21 of a printing hammer 24 is moved to the position of any of the type belts 3 and 4 by means of a hammer positioner consisting of a solenoid 27 and a lever 26. |
