PURPOSE:To enable to form the wiring of a minute pattern by a method wherein a functional element and semiconductor elements are arranged on a commonly supporting substrate as to make both the sides of the functional element to be surrounded with the semiconductor elements, and both are connected on the surfaces of the semiconductor elements and the functional element. CONSTITUTION:An elastic surface wave element 4 is arranged on a commonly supporting substrate 1 as to make both the sides thereof to be surrounded with the semiconductor elements 3. Wirings 8 are formed on the surfaces of the element 4 and the elements 3 as to connect between both. Insulators 9 interposed between the element 4 and the elements 3 to isolate both electrically. Accordingly the elements 3 and the element 4 can be connected by the minute wirings.
