PURPOSE:To make the connection to an external piping quite easy and flexible to perform by arranging the tip to be deformed subject to stress so that a discharge port at the tip can be connected liquid sealed to a liquid receptacle under outer pressure. CONSTITUTION:A polypropylene cylinder 8 is filled with a liquid 9 and a piston 11 having an O ring 10 is fitted thereinto the form a liquid cartridge, which is housed in a rigid case 12 made of stainless steel. To position a discharge port 13 at the tip 18 of the polypropylene cylinder 8 and a liquid receptacle 14 to be connected thereto, a sleeve 15 is used and an external piping 16 is connected to the liquid receptacle 14, which is provided as option with an O ring 17 to prevent leakage of the liquid under the low pressure. As a screw shaft 5 advances, the piston 11 is pushed towad the discharge port 13. The force thus generated presses the discharge port 13 on the liquid receptacle 14 and the tip 18 having the discharge port 13 made of propylene is deformable subject to stress thereby enabling a liquid sealed press fit connection without leakage. |
