PURPOSE:To process simultaneously plural faces and to decrease the processing time, by forming a polygonal drill which is sharpened in steps toward its tip with a V-shaped polishing groove and then forming an electrode surface having a fixed angle to the axial core. CONSTITUTION:A polygonal pyramid which is sharpened in steps toward its tip is formed by pressing the tip part 2 of a stylus substrate 1 with a right angle or other various angles and within a plane in the direction of a tangent line of a polishing groove having a V-shaped section which is provided to a mobile polishing matter. First, the 1st and 2nd electrode surfaces 31 and 41 are formed with a prescribed angle to the axial core of the substrate 1 to cover a conductive material having a high fusing point. Then the 1st projecting matter 3 containing a pair of back surfaces 32a and 32b is formed with the 1st polishing matter 6. Then the 2nd projecting matter 4 containing a pair of back surfaces 42a and 42b is formed with the 2nd polishing body that has an acuter angle than the V-shaped groove of the matter 6. Finally, the tip of the substrate 1 is cut to obtain a rubbing surface 40. In such a way, plural faces can be processed at one time with a reduction of the processing length. This ensures a rational production of a scanning stylus. |
