摘要 PURPOSE:To provide interchangeability for different kinds of color TV systems, by selecting and recording the product between the sampled number per one scanning line of a digital video signal and the effective scanning line number of one screen to a value close to a prescribed value and not exceeding in a digital video signal. CONSTITUTION:The number of sampling points of a luminance signal of a digital video signal of the standard mode per one scanning line is 576 being the quotinent of the sampling frequency 9MHz divided by the horizontal scanning frequency 15.525kHz. The number eliminating the horizontal blanking period is 456. The number of bits of a 64k RAM on market is 2<16>, and 574.87 is obtained by dividing 2<16> by 456. Thus, taking the effective scanning line number as 572 being very close to the effective sampling number and not exceeding it, the number is stored in 4-set of 64k RAMs. Further, the amount of information of the digital color difference signals obtained from the signals R-Y, B-Y after digital pulse modulation in the sampling frequency 2.25MHz is 1/4 of the digital luminance signal, then the data of the effective sampling points of the color difference signals are stored in one RAM per one bit.
